Conflict Management

Our philosophy is that our clients’ matters require more than an opinion or piece of advice. Usually, they also require management actions. Thus, we prioritize the resolution of conflicts by mutual agreement between the parties, and when this is not possible, by resorting to third parties in order to settle the controversy.

We have lawyers professionally trained in negotiation procedures, as the chief method for solving conflicts by consensus, or through the use of other techniques (such as mediation) to reach an agreement avoiding confrontation.

When this alternative is not possible and the conflict is to be solved with the participation of a third party, we suggest national and international arbitration.
